Kudos to Indian football team

Monday morning :“ I just need to field seven players to take India out. They are a very easy team now. I am confident of wining”-FAJER EBRAHIM Syrian coach.

Monday night 9:30: India win the ONGC Nehru Cup.

I have never been a person who follows soccer, but this quote in the Hindustan Times really put me off .

You don’t need to follow soccer to know the state Indian is in, but that’s not because the sport doesn’t have any following in the country, it’s just that the Indian Govt. has never been to good at promoting any sport(look at hockey, athletics) and all the corporate sector is too busy running after the cricketers. Being an Indian its already tough enough for the kid to follow his dream sport as a career( A TYPICAL INDIAN PARENT:“ padh le baith ke, ye khlne kudne se kuch nahin hone wala, is bar 90% nai aye to....”). Even if the parents are ok with sports they do prefer their kid to be a cricketer( oye puttar footbal chor, khelna hai te kirkit khel… “) because that’s where the money is.

In spite of very little money, very little support these guys in the Indian team had the guts to follow their dream sport. In spite of all odds stacked being against them( Syria is 61 ranks ahead of India) they managed to win. I salute them for their spirit.

P.S: i cant wait to read Mr Ebrahim's interview in tomorrows news paper!!

Delhi’s male, the new female

This heading for the blog may sound rather astounding to some, but look at what’s happening to males around you and you’ll find truth in what I’m saying.

Words like cheat, user used to be reserved for male for as long as I remember. This seems to be changing, or the females seem to be working rather hard to change that. They truly want to equal males( or surpass them) in every aspect ,good or bad.

Well ill narrate a few instances which have strengthened my take on females. One of my acquaintances (lets call him X) refused to work on the minor project with his best buds because they weren’t ready to work with one female that Mr X seems to like, nothing wrong with that. So this Mr X and the female form a group. Then a Mr Z comes along who has a good project, and asks the female to work with him. But Mr Z’s team has only one spot left , so the female bids adieu to Mr X and joins Mr Z’s team(this happens a day before the due date for the project Synopsis). So poor Mr X is left with no team and has to do the project all by himself.

There are so many such stories, including my own which ill talk about some time later…

LOVE%^&%@y^#%

Wow this Is going to be my first real attempt to start blogging. Its amazing how much free time u have when you are not seeing someone. The no of hours spent talking on the phone, the money spent paying for the phone bills can be put to so much good. Well u somehow don’t don’t notice this when you are in “love”, if there is any such thing in the first place. From whatever I have experienced from my past relationships is that, being in love is like being drunk( I mean reaaaaaaaly drunk!!), you enjoy it when you are in it, but when it ends it leaves a nasty hangover.
